DECEMBER 26 — JERSEY CITY NJ
DECEMBER 26 — SPRINGFIELD, MA — ABOUT 5 MILES FROM MY HOUSE
DECEMBER 29 — GREENSBORO NC
JANUARY 3 — IN TRANSIT, ARRIVING LATE
I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHY MY SHIPMENT WENT FROM SPRINGFIELD, MA TO GREENSBORO, NC. IT DOESN’T MAKE SENSE GEOGRACPHICALLY TO SHIP THIS ALL ALONG THE EASTERN SEABOARD. IN THE MEANTIME, I’VE BEEN CHARGED $106.25 FOR SOMETHING I DON’T EVEN HAVE…I JUST HOPE IT ARRIVES IN GOOD CONDITION. THE LAST FEW SHIPMENTS FROM USPS WERE DAMAGED SO BADLY THAT THEY HAD TO BE RETURNED. DISAPPOINTING.

My package was last scanned on August 22, 2022 and has not moved. Customer service has done nothing, and they said they would call me. Service required 43133441
My package was supposed mailed in October and it never got through to it’s destiny.
I have the tracking number. I called the post office and they gave me a story and hung up on me.
Today they emailed me a receipt and they gave me a refund. But where is my package????
Amazing……….how my package was shipped from Ohio to Michigan, ended up arriving within a few miles of my home in Michigan, then was sent to North Carolina. How does this happen? Who is responsible? If I had been this incompetent at my job as this, I would be unemployed!!!! What gives? This isn’t the first time!! Another incident had a package sent within the state of MI, 1 hour’s drive from my home, that ended up in Denver, CO then to Pittsburgh, PA, before returning to MI. Unbelievable!!! No wonder the USPS has such financial issues!!!!
Mailed a priority envelope on December 15, 2022 to go to Downingtown, PA 19335. I have been tracking it to date and that envelope has not reached its destination. It got stuck on “In Transit December 19 12:00AM.
Is this considered lost or still travelling? Will I be reimbursed? Enclosed in that envelope are gift cards worth $180.00.
