Is USPS Delivery time accurate ?

Usually delivery’s with USPS are on time or earlier but these winter storms in the east coast are affecting packages that are going to the west coast as well, i’ve even had priority packages take about 4 days instead of the normal 2 or so, it’s honestly just due to extreme weather, this is not the norm.

Shipping from East Coast, my recent packages have arrived about a half a day or day ahead of the estimated delivery date.

For the tracking numbers not uploading until next day or pater that’s usually when they drop it off in a box and don’t take it all the way in. Not a big deal but can take a little longer to get scanned in.

Every time the USPS expected delivery date is not up to the mark and many packages get delayed 2-3 or more days after the expected date.

What is first class mail delivery time?

Anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks truthfully. Anything important should always be sent with a tracking number.

Coast to coast first class has a standard of five days. It used to be three days until DeJoy changed it. In real life anything goes these days.

It depends on the area it is shipped from and where it is going.

It recently took two weeks for my new credit card to get to me. I was getting worried, but it finally showed up.

I had even contacted the company two days before to make sure someone hadn’t stolen it and activated it. It used to take just a few days once they shipped the card.
